This is a smartphone used in the US that does not support Japanese. Operation has been confirmed. SIM card and charger are not included. It's an old model, but I think it still works great. Please note that you probably won't be able to make calls in Japan. I think this is for those who want to buy a SIM card locally when they go to the US, get a cheap US phone number, and use it in the US. It seems to support Chinese.
