Vintage Y2K dress tagged a 13/14 but definitely fits small would fit better on a 8/10/12? There is a small stain I did notice but it is hard to photograph with the fabric. Also a loose string on the front. Straps have been altered but the length can be undone. The dress has built in padded cups as well. The zipper does work it was just small on me and my manikin.
