Very pretty soft stretchy lettuce leaf ruffle hem and bell cuffs mesh top with fabulous embroidered lines pattern and tons of stretch. Can be worn over or under strappy dresses or dungarees, such a versatile layering piece for all looks. Has that 'Disturbia' look to it but it has no labels unfortunately so I cant say where its from - fits great on a xxl body 16/18 but lots more stretch to size up to a 20/22 too .
